My goals this week:
Exercise for 20 minutes, three times this week, and Eat healthy breakfasts. Meaning Low in sugar and high in fiber and protien to get me through those morning munchies!!!

My goal-Lose 5 pounds-this is the ultimate goal right now. The one far in the distance I'm working towards.
