Heidi's going for it!!

My goals this week:

Exercise for 20 minutes, three times this week, and Eat healthy breakfasts.  Meaning Low in sugar and high in fiber and protien to get me through those morning munchies!!!

  2. I found a few online. Most of them involve eggs. Which I'm okay with.....sort of. I don't want eggs for breakfast every morning!

  3. Look up diabetes recipes. They're high in fiber and protein and low in carbs. That's what I did when I had the gestational diabetes...
